Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band centered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is produced from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To advertise their music, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) by using his LiveJournal webpage.
